After the period of one year we undertake Annual Maintenance Contract for the same unit at a very reasonable cost. Efficient Customer Care Executives backed by well – trained Service Engineers give prompt and efficient after sales service.

Why do you need Annual Maintenance Contract for your purifier?

Like our body, even your water purifier needs regular check-up and maintenance for functioning effectively. The normal life of a water purifier is around 5 years and without regular servicing, this span would reduce drastically. The candle attached to your purifier gets choked and is unable to filter the physical impurities like sand, dust, etc. The life of the activated carbon is around 4 months after which the pores get clogged and it is not able to remove the odour in the water. As a part of our AMC we attend such complaints free of cost. If you do not take an AMC, we would have to charge you for any complaints attended and the spare parts changed. The charges for this would depend upon the kind of the problem.

The advantages of taking our Annual Maintenance Contract for your UV water purifier:-

We will change the filter candle twice a year.  This will provide with clean water free of any physical impurities. The carbon will be replaced during every servicing visit, once in every four months. We also sanitise the unit by cleaning the Quartz Glass Tube.

Further, during AMC period any complaints faced would be attended free of charge and also the spare parts would be changed at no extra cost. We offer a very special & competitive rate of  Rs. 750/-only per annum inclusive of 12.36% service tax. During AMC period complaints would be attended free of cost and replacement of spare parts if required at no additional cost.

The advantages of taking our Annual Maintenance Contract for your RO water purifier:-

We offer a very special & competitive rate of  Rs. 3000/-only per annum inclusive of 12.36% service tax. for 1 year for RO Systems. During AMC period complaints would be attended free of cost and replacement of spare parts if required at no additional cost. Further, during AMC period any complaints faced would be attended free of charge and also the spare parts would be changed at no extra cost.

The following services shall be provided during the period of the contract -

1. Three Servicing visits, roughly each visit at end of 4 months period, when the purifier will be checked, cleaned and adjusted for satisfactory working.
2. Prefilter candle will be replaced free of cost, during each visit. 
3. Carbon block i.e. carbon candle for the other bowls will be replaced ones in a year. 
4. Apart of 3 routine service visits, service technician will visit after every two months, i.e. another extra 3 visit for maintenance and checking of RO unit.
5. For trouble free working of the unit and uninterrupted supply of pure water, we recommend that there should be no gap between the expiry of the Co.’s guarantee and the signing of AMC.  Similarly, there should be no time gap between the expiry of AMC and its renewal.
6. Service Technician shall visit normally within 24 hours from the time of receipt of complaint. A complaint registration no. shall be given to you for your record.
