The unit carries a Guarantee of 12 months from the date of installation or 15 months from the date of original purchase, whichever is earlier, against defects arising from faulty design, workmanship or materials, subject to the following conditions:

Guarantee card must be completed & signed by the company or its authorised dealer

That the instructions given in the Co.’s operation manual have been followed; no alteration or modification were undertaken by any one other than the Co.’s authorised technician.

Unit will be repaired at the discretion of the Co. Provided observed defects are due to deficient materials or workmanship. However, consumable components such as pre-filter candle and activated carbon granules are not covered under this Guarantee
